Please describe what you are experiencing.
Device malfunctions might include any of the following: not turning on, not working, not zeroing, no reading, broken, freezing, leak, failed, fault, missing IFU or other labeling info, damaged package, software issues., etc.

We will verify that this is an in-warranty and contact you for payment if necessary. 

If you would like to provide a PO at this time for any overages, please do.

We require a PO number at this time. You can send the actual PO later.

Freight Forwarder Details

Partial Shipping 

By default, units are shipped as they are completed. If you require units to be shipped in a single shipment or with a single invoice, check this box.

International Shipments

If you unit is a 451P version or contains a check source it is identified as a Dangerous Goods shipment. We require these items to ship via a freight forwarder. Please provide the freight forwarder you would like used otherwise Fluke will use NNR and you will be quoted for freight. This is not prepaid.
